What’s the policy?
X prohibits the advertising of trademark infringing content globally.
Examples of trademark infringing content include:
- Content that misleads customers about the advertiser’s brand affiliation.
- Links, images, or other embedded media that could create customer confusion regarding the advertiser's brand affiliation.
- Trend Takeover names that feature third-party names in a way that could mislead customers about the advertiser’s brand affiliation.
