What's the policy?

Twitter prohibits the advertising of products derived from endangered species, as well as the sale of such species globally.

Examples of endangered species include:

  • Antelope
  • Bald eagle
  • Cheetah
  • Dolphin
  • Elephant
  • Elkhorn coral
  • Golden eagle
  • Iranian Spotted Newt
  • Jaguar
  • Leopard
  • Manta & Devil Rays
  • Marine Turtles
  • Otters
  • Pangolins
  • Ploughshare Tortoise
  • Primates
  • Rhinoceros
  • Sawfish
  • Shark
  • Staghorn coral
  • Tiger
  • Whale
