Join the Twitter Customer Insights Panel to share your expertise and insight. You’ll be directly connected to our research team, providing feedback to help us create and improve the ads products and features you use and need. It’s a great opportunity to have your voice heard and influence the future of the Twitter Ads Product suite. 

Becoming a member

If you are 18 or older and use Twitter Ads Products to promote or advertise, you can participate in the Twitter Customer Insights Panel. We are looking for individuals with all levels of experience - client or brand side, small business owners, or managed clients. 

How to sign up

To join, complete this 2 minute sign-up form so we can learn more about you and your areas of expertise. Once that’s complete, we’ll send you an email welcoming you to the panel and inviting you to get in touch when upcoming studies match your interests.

Privacy & opt-out

You can request to be removed from the Customer Insights Panel at any time. Communication from us will include opt-out links; clicking on these links will remove you from the Customer Insights Panel. Participate and get rewards

We’re extremely grateful for your interest in helping us improve Twitter Ads. As a thank you for your time and commitment to the Customer Insights Panel, we’ll provide rewards for participating in our studies. Rewards can come in various shapes and sizes, including but not limited to Twitter swag, gift baskets, Twitter Ad Credits, and primary consideration for closed Alpha / Beta groups.

What is the panel?

The Twitter Customer Insights Panel is a great opportunity to have your voice heard and influence the future of the Twitter Ads Product suite. You’ll be directly connected to our research team, providing feedback to help us create and improve the ads products and features you use and need.

How can I join?

Can I unsubscribe or leave the panel at any time?

You can request to be removed from the Customer Insights Panel at any time. All communication from us will include opt-out links; clicking on these links will remove you from the Customer Insights Panel. You may also request removal from your dedicated Customer Account Manager, if applicable.  

How will you use my feedback?

All feedback gathered is strictly for internal research purposes and will be kept in a separate and secure database. We will not share any of your information or feedback with any other companies, organizations, or partners.

How frequently will I be involved in this?

You may participate up to 4x a year in research studies.

What kind of research will I be involved in? What kind of information am I supposed to provide?

There are various ways we may ask for your feedback, but the topic will always be relevant to your area of expertise. Whether it’s a remote or in-person study, we may ask you to walk us through your general campaign workflow, test out prototypes, and/or provide feedback in a quick survey.

Are you sharing my data with any third-parties?

No, all panel data will be housed internally and used only to inform product development.

Based on your responses in our sign-up form and the research topic, we will reach out via email to invite you to participate.
